I really enjoyed the session on Digital Transformation. Walking out of the session, I was full of ideas about how I could take some easy and specific steps that would make my job easier and improve my workflow. Ahzjah has an in-depth knowledge of how all parts of the food co-op work – not just one department or one area, so the presentation and conversation was specific enough that it was really useful for not just my area of focus, but ideas for others I work with, as well. ‘Digital Transformation’ sounds like something we all know we should be doing, but are scared to push forward in that direction, but this made me realize that there are lots of parts of that we are already doing and it’s a tweaking of the path we are currently on, and one that will make life smoother, so what’s not to love when you see it like that? There was good conversation in session, so I had a chance to connect with others facing similar issues and really enjoyed that.
